Mobile grooming is one-on-one, in your home, with your animal. This application helps us arrive prepared — not guessing. The more honest you are, the better the experience for everyone.

Why is this so detailed?

A salon has staff and systems for unpredictable situations. We don't — it's just your groomer and your pet. That's what makes it calmer and better. It also means we need to know what we're walking into. A pet with bite history or health conditions isn't automatically a no — but it is something we must know about before arrival so we can prepare properly and keep everyone safe.

We do not automatically decline pets with bite history, anxiety, or health conditions. What we cannot work with is being surprised on arrival. Incomplete information puts your pet, your groomer, and your home at risk. Anything flagged will be discussed before confirming — not used to reject you without conversation.
